Monday!

It's Monday again!  Rainy and cold out.  What do we have to look forward to.....

MAY!!!!  A new month begins, and we are one month closer to summer sunshine!  That also means one month closer to bikini's and Tough Mudder.  May is a very busy month with lot's of celebrations.... It will be tough to stay on track, but I can do it!!!

May 3- Mom and Dad's Anniversary (35 i think.....)
May 8- Momma's Birthday (we stopped counting)
May 13- Mother's Day
May 15- Kyle and I celebrate 3 years together! (And 3 years since college!)
May 22- Twin Sisters Birthday (Birthdays??? it's one day, but there are 2!)

I think that is everything, I could me wrong!  It is a wonderful month for my Mom!

No clue what workout I have going tonight.  I am guessing legs (boo), my chest and arms are killing me from yesterday.. WOO HOO! :)

Thursday

Great workout today.  Tris, abs and shoulders!!  Starting to see definition in my arms again!  Abs are coming along but not picture ready... Just got a tough mudder work out and I am excited to do it Tuesday.  Sleep tight, tomorrow is Friday!  Wooooo!

All about Hot Yoga

I am sooo all about Hot Yoga right now!  Went again with my friend Shaina, and it was hotter than hot.  But it was soo good!  If you ever feel bloated (guys don't want to admit it, but they do too sometimes) or irritated, or just in a funk, try hot yoga.  It will allow you to completely relax, and detox!!!  Get rid of all those bad toxins, clear your mind, and truly separate from the world for a bit.  Yoga is great for the mind and sole, HOT yoga is great for you internally and externally. 

With that being said, I am back to the gym tonight for some cardio and according to my calendar triceps and abdominal's.  WOO HOO!  What are you up to today?

Biggest Loser Last Night!

I think someone else should have earned. Their spot back on, but i guess Jeremy earned it... aside from acting like a little bitch in the beginning.  Learn a valuable lesson from that... if you are mad, frustrated, or feel life is unfair.... check your attitude at the door, chances are when you stop harping on the negative you will figure out a solution and come out on top!

Hot Yoga

Soo awesome!   I sweated and stretched and i feel amazing!   It was really great.  I recommended everyone try it at least once.  If not add it to your weekly workout. Sweat out all those toxins and really relax and get away from reality.  And it was still invigorating and empowering.  Ready to lift tomorrow!

YogaTree in Toronto has a sale $40 for one month unlimited yoga for new members!  I signed up and registered for 2 hot yoga classes next week.

Thinking about going Blonde..

Worried about how I would look, but REALLY tempted to try!  I think I should find some wigs and things, first.  I just feel the need to shake things up a bit.  Stuck in a rut... Summer is not here yet, workouts have been few and far between, work is busy, but unappreciative... time to stir the pot a bit!  Hopefully one change will help my outlook on everything!
