I am sooo all about Hot Yoga right now! Went again with my friend Shaina, and it was hotter than hot. But it was soo good! If you ever feel bloated (guys don't want to admit it, but they do too sometimes) or irritated, or just in a funk, try hot yoga. It will allow you to completely relax, and detox!!! Get rid of all those bad toxins, clear your mind, and truly separate from the world for a bit. Yoga is great for the mind and sole, HOT yoga is great for you internally and externally.
With that being said, I am back to the gym tonight for some cardio and according to my calendar triceps and abdominal's. WOO HOO! What are you up to today?
