It's been awhile

Stanley Cup Playoffs start tonight!

Also, after the long weekend, and holiday weekend at home, Kyle and I are back to our routine.  Unfortunately he has taken off to Ottawa this morning for business.  I am hoping he does not eat like crap!  I think he will be OK, but who knows.

I am off to the grocery store after work to stock our home with yummy, healthy food, and great meals!  I have been using Pinterest a lot to look up fun meals for dinner and lunch.  I make Kyle a sandwich almost everyday for lunch, and I can imagine that gets pretty boring.  It is my mission to find yummy interesting foods (that he WILL eat).  Picky, Picky.

Monday Legs

I knew it was difficult, but when I woke up I felt great.  Well, that all changed about a minute ago when I went up and down the stairs to check the mail.  Also, I am starving my brains out.  Ate my lunch and breakfast, and it is not even 12:30, I have no more food today..... I might have to get a lunch round #2!

Working out is great for the mind, body, and sole.... but holy crap is it amazing for the appetite!  AHHHHHHHHHHHH

Fun trick to keep you motivated

Go back to when you were little, and every time a bad word was said, a quarter goes in "The Jar".  NOW, let's turn that negative into a positive!  Transfer a marble in to LBS off, every time you lose a pound!  That way, it is out there for everyone to see!  (Keep it hidden if you chose, but it is still a great visual!).

Tough Mudder Training!

Did my first "Maybe Mudder" training.  Aside from the 2 minutes of high knees and burpees, it wasn't so bad.  Tuesday is usually a just cardio day, and let me tell you... This was 50 min of cardio that was way more exciting than a treadmill.  Check out the Tough Mudder Pledge of Allegiance as well!

Getting pumped!  I think today is a back workout!  I really hope so!  I was trying to watch myself in the mirror while doing burpees, it was a little difficult, but I wanted to check out my back muscles!  Coming along very nicely.  If I keep up my "something different everyday" routine, I will be cut by summmmmmerrrr!  Ready for that bathing suit!  YEE_AAAASSSS!!!!!!
