Tough Mudder Training!

Did my first "Maybe Mudder" training.  Aside from the 2 minutes of high knees and burpees, it wasn't so bad.  Tuesday is usually a just cardio day, and let me tell you... This was 50 min of cardio that was way more exciting than a treadmill.  Check out the Tough Mudder Pledge of Allegiance as well!

Getting pumped!  I think today is a back workout!  I really hope so!  I was trying to watch myself in the mirror while doing burpees, it was a little difficult, but I wanted to check out my back muscles!  Coming along very nicely.  If I keep up my "something different everyday" routine, I will be cut by summmmmmerrrr!  Ready for that bathing suit!  YEE_AAAASSSS!!!!!!
