Tip of the Day!

Good fats over bad fats!!

Use avocado on sandwiches instead of mayo!  It is more flavorful and BETTER for you!

Another tip:  If you get a craving for sugar or something sweet, try granola and Greek yogurt!  Lots of protein which will keep you full and if you choose vanilla or berry Greek yogurt, you will satisfy the sweet tooth craving!
